History Of Wackemall, Part 83: Max Lucado

Max Lucado (born January 11, 1955) is a best-selling Christian author, and pastor at Oak Hills Church (formerly the Oak Hills Church of Christ) in San Antonio, Texas.  Christened "America's Pastor" by Christianity Today magazine and in 2005 named by Reader's Digest as "The Best Preacher in America" Lucado has authored over 100 books with more than 130 million copies in print. But unknown to many, Max Lucado has long been a user and supporter of Wackemall as evidenced by this quote:

“When you are in the final days of your life, what will you want?

Will you hug that college degree in the walnut frame? Will you ask to be carried to the garage so you can sit in your car? Will you find comfort in rereading your financial statement? Of course not. What will matter then will be your wackemall. If relationships will matter most then, shouldn't you wackemall while you still can?”

What did he mean? You'll have to ask the reverend himself as we make no assumptions, choosing instead to only report what we discover. No fake news here, the History of Wackemall predates Aristotle. Where it will end is anyone's guess but stay tuned to Wackemall.com to find out.
